Kimberly has been at the top of her her career since starting real estate in 2001. Her enthusiasm and energetic work ethic quickly catapulted her to the top producer status her first year and earned her the respect of clients and coworkers alike. In her role as Broker and Owner, she mentors the agents of Orlando Cribs LLC by sharing her knowledge, experience and passion for the real estate business.

Originally from South Dakota, Kimberly has become a Floridian through and through. No more cold weather for this Florida Girl In her spare time Kimberly loves to cook and play with her grandchildren.

Nathan manages and handles the property management Division of Orlando Cribs LLC. Studying Psychology at UCF gave Nathan insight into how to deal with all types of people effectively in order to help everyone obtain a win/win situation (most of the time!) His care for the properties, promptness, and happy demeanor help him to navigate the Property management world. A local Floridian himself, Nathan knows Orlando like the back of his hand. This knowledge helps him find the perfect home for renters and buyers alike.

Al has also been in the real estate Industry for more than 18 years. His Knowledge of the Tenant landlord Act helps him to make the right decisions when dealing with professional tenants. He is also a licensed community association manager. His charismatic personality helps him to negotiate, communicate, and effectively deliver all the things we promise as a Management company.
